1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anchoredarmory.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Anchored Armory. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site, and you must meet all applicable federal, state, and local age and legal requirements to purchase any product offered, including products regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and Gun Control Act (GCA). Some products require you to be 21 or older. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Products and Compliance

  • Firearms, suppressors, and other NFA/GCA-regulated items can only be sold and transferred in compliance with federal law and the laws of your state and locality.
  • Suppressors and other NFA items require an approved ATF Form 4 transfer through a licensed FFL/SOT dealer before you may take possession. Processing times are determined by the ATF and are outside our control.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any sale that we believe, in good faith, would violate federal, state, or local law.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes; we attempt to keep them accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or compliance concerns.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy but are not liable for typographical or pricing errors.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, except where otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • NFA items ship only to your chosen FFL/SOT dealer, not directly to your address.
  • Non-NFA accessories may ship directly, subject to applicable state and local restrictions.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the regulated nature of many of our products, returns and cancellations may be limited or subject to additional requirements. Please contact us before returning any item. NFA items generally cannot be returned once a transfer has been initiated with the ATF.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Anchored Armory (for example, through the checkbox on our Contact Us form), you may receive customer-care text messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Anchored Armory or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchored Armory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to damages resulting from delays in ATF processing, carrier shipping issues, or product misuse. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law or as separately provided by a manufacturer's warranty.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Anchored Armory is registered to do business, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
