The Butler Creek Steel Lips Banana Magazine holds 25 rounds of .22 LR and feeds them into your Ruger 10/22 for extended range sessions between reloads. Where a polymer lip can wear and spread over thousands of rounds the steel lips hold their shape and keep rounds seating consistently for the life of the magazine.

The smoke polymer body gives you a tinted view of the rounds inside so you can gauge how many you have left without pulling the magazine. This is the smoke finish model BCEXPSS25SM. Butler Creek also offers a clear polymer version SKU BCEXPSS25AC if you prefer a fully transparent body. Both hold the same 25 rounds and share the same steel feed lips.

The curved banana profile does the real work. Rimfire cartridges like the .22 LR have a rimmed case head and the curve stacks those rims cleanly so each round lines up for a smooth path into the chamber. That geometry is what lets the magazine carry 25 rimfire rounds feeding them one at a time without hanging up.

Drop it into any standard Ruger 10/22 and you get a high-capacity option that more than doubles a factory 10-round rotary magazine. That means fewer stops to reload and more time putting rounds downrange whether you are punching paper or teaching a new shooter the basics. The magazine ships as a single unit so you can add as many as your session calls for.
