The Rio Star Team Evo 28 HV is a 12 gauge target shotshell built for competitive clay shooting. Each 2-3/4" round drives 1 oz of 7.5 lead shot downrange at 1315 fps. That high velocity comes with low recoil so you stay on target through long strings on the clay field.

These 12 gauge shotshells are intended for shotguns chambered for 2-3/4" loads. Rio pairs a 209 primer with a high brass head on a plastic hull using proprietary components tuned for consistent ignition and repeatable patterns. The result is a load you can trust to perform the same way from the first station to the last.

At 1315 fps the Star Team Evo 28 HV sits in high-velocity territory which shortens the lead you need on fast crossers and flying trap targets. The 1 oz payload of 7.5 shot throws a dense even pattern that breaks birds cleanly at clay-game distances. Low recoil keeps your muzzle down between shots an advantage on skeet doubles and report pairs in sporting clays.

Clay shooting burns through shells fast. A full case contains 10 boxes for 250 rounds total making it convenient for high-volume clay practice or competition.
